WE CAN (An Agristic Cultural Development Organisation) was formed on 19th August, 2015 and registered under societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 with a primary focus on culture, child development, dramatics, women empowerment, entrepreneurship, skill development, social needs etc. Since its dawn WE CAN has worked tirelessly towards various socio-cultural issues both independently as well as with the help of the government.
Throughout our operation of all these years, we have realised there are still numerous social issues that needs to be addressed throughout various places of our state, namely, Economic empowerment to poor & needy people (specially PWDs), Health Vulnerability, Quality Education, Gender equity, Women empowerment & child development, Cultural awareness, Help to the Self-help groups, etc. Our aim is to work towards these issues and provide any sort of assistance possible from our end.

The vision of the organisation is to create a social environment with self-reliant, self-sustaining progressive community with strong value system and harmony.
Mission
To capacitate, strengthen and increase the effectiveness of development interventions intended for disadvantaged, rural and economically struggling people with expected results of:
