Entrepreneurship Awareness Program
At We Can, we believe anyone can start a business with the right help. Our Entrepreneurship Awareness Program shows youth, women, students, and rural families how to begin and grow a small venture. We hold easy‑to‑understand sessions and workshops in colleges, schools, and villages across Northeast India. Participants learn to build confidence, find business ideas, and follow the basic steps to get started, while hearing inspiring stories from local entrepreneurs.
Idea Generation and Business Planning
In this part of the program, we help participants think about problems in their community and how those can be turned into small business ideas. We guide them on how to choose the right business, prepare a simple business plan, and understand basic needs like investment, customers, and resources. Special activities and group discussions are used to make learning fun and practical.
Support and Guidance
After the awareness sessions, we provide follow-up support to interested participants. This includes help with connecting to government schemes, getting information about bank loans or Mudra Yojana, and mentorship from local experts. We also provide simple handbooks and videos in local languages to make it easier for participants to understand and take the first step.
Voter Awareness
Voting is very important in a democracy. Our Voter Awareness activities help people understand why their vote matters. We visit villages, towns, and schools to explain the voting process and encourage everyone to take part in elections. We also work with local leaders and officials to make sure people know their rights and responsibilities as citizens. We give special attention to places where people don’t usually vote or know about the election system.

What we do
Our Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Program helps people learn useful skills that can help them earn a living. We provide training in things like tailoring, handicrafts, digital skills, and basic business ideas. We also teach how to manage money and grow small businesses. This program is mainly for youth and women, so they can become self-reliant and support their families. We believe skill development is the first step toward building a better future.
